Configure, maintain, and optimize NetSuite and, dependent on business process ownership determined, own the spend and revenue system workflows that feed the ledger: Zip intake and approvals, Ramp and Brex card programs and expenses, Metronome usage ingestion and downstream invoicing logic, and future tooling for advanced revenue recognition. Product owner or product manager experience in at least one core finance business process area (order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, and/or record-to-report), with extensive depth in that domain: discovery with process owners, target-state process design, proposing tradeoffs or workarounds, and owning a roadmap through delivery.
