DEPARTMENT SUMMARY: The Finance Team develops near and long-term financial forecasts, crafts pro-forma and ad-hoc financial analyses, manages and optimizes cost accounting and service line reporting, advises, and coaches all levels of leaders to better understand and influence their financial performance, creates and innovates financial reporting, and maintains the organization's financial software systems. In collaboration with the Financial Insight and Analysis Manager, supports decision making through report development and analysis for financial modeling, cost and revenue analysis, operational benchmarking, ad-hoc analysis, and performance improvement.
