General pediatricians: One of the following 1) Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) and a doctoral degree in field relevant to health services research; or 2) Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) and a master's degree (e.g., MS, MPH, MPP) and completion of a health services research postdoctoral fellowship.
