Required: Bachelors degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, or a related field and 7+ years of relevant financial experience Proven finance leader with demonstrated experience guiding teams and influencing decision-making at a senior level Strong capabilities in financial modeling, forecasting, and performance management, with the ability to apply these tools in complex business environments Experience working in regulated or capital intensive industries, with an understanding of capital planning, long term investment decision-making, and regulatory or compliance considerations Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a track record of translating complex financial information into clear insights for non financial and executive audiences Familiarity with regulated, capital intensive, or highly governed industries or demonstrated ability to quickly develop fluency in regulatory frameworks, capital planning, and compliance considerations Experience in regulated industries, preferably utilities or energy, with an understanding of utility finance, capital planning, and regulatory frameworks.
