Trauma Level: Facility Specific Job Notes: **Required Experience and Clinical Qualifications:** - Minimum 1 year of Level III NICU experience - Experience with preemies (at least 28 weeks and above) - Management of central lines - Respiratory management up to and including intubated patients - Experience with surgical patients, cardiac patients, patients 27 weeks, care of trach infants, and experience with Broviacs **Required Certifications:** - NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) - BLS (Basic Life Support) **Additional Skills and Procedures:** - Experience with central line insertions, circumcisions, exploratory laps, gastroschisis reductions, and PDA ligations **Unit Staffing Description:** - Staffed with RNs, LVNs, PCTs, and Nurse Externs **Preferred Scheduling:** - 3-12 hour shifts per week, rotating weekends, and holidays **Floating Policy:** - Contract staff float before staff; areas include PICU, Pediatrics, CICU **Dress Code:** - Royal blue scrubs.
