Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in accounting, finance, economics, business or public administration, or a closely related field, as defined by the department head at the time of recruitment AND one year of professional experience in accounting, auditing, financial analysis, financial management, or budgeting. The successful candidate will assist in the creation, modification and close out of CIP projects, review reports for accuracy, assist with creating and analyzing data sets using Microsoft Excel formulas and pivot tables.
