What Youll Bring to the Team: 8+ years of experience spanning construction finance, project controls, capital projects accounting, or project finance, ideally within data centers, energy, industrial, or large-scale infrastructure; direct exposure to data center or facilities operations finance strongly preferred. This role sits at the intersection of Construction/Development, Project Finance, Data Center Operations, and Accounting - responsible for budgeting, cost control, draw management, financeability, and financial reporting during the build phase, and then for operating cost management, performance reporting, and asset-level financial oversight once a facility goes live.
