5-8+ years of experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, supply chain management, or vendor management, preferably in aggregates, mining, construction materials, heavy equipment, asphalt, construction, manufacturing, or another heavy industrial environment. Lead sourcing initiatives for mobile equipment, plant equipment, parts, wear materials, fuel, explosives, transportation, MRO, outside services, technology, and capital project support.
