Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Oversee the management of project grants, budgets, revenue, expenditures, and contract compliance; Supervise a team of analysts with day to day responsibility for project grants, budgets, revenue, expenditures, and contract compliance; Work closely with government agencies, private funders, and other outside stakeholders; Provide financial review and approval of the Center’s revenue and expense contracts; Review monthly, quarterly, and annual close and identify adjusting journal entries as need; Review and approve vendor invoices, expense reports, and corporate card reconciliations; Review and approve invoices to funders; Monitor accounts receivable aging and facilitate the collection of payment from funders; Reconcile receivable accounts; Support the Director with financial duties and special projects as needed; and . Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or other related fields; At least 5-7 years of demonstrable experience including supervisory experience and success in nonprofit financial management preferred; Strong interpersonal communication skills; Excellent written and verbal skills; Ability to work in a fast-paced environment is crucial to meet deadlines and manage time effectively; Capability to work independently and prioritize tasks to ensure the timely completion of projects; Ability to handle sensitive information which requires maintaining confidentiality and exercising discretion; A positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset are essential to foster a collaborative work environment; and .
