The Manager collaborates with internal departments, including other crisis managers, public safety partners, and community agencies to support high-quality, trauma-informed, person-centered care in fast-paced, high-acuity environments that require strong clinical judgment and real-time decision-making. • Partner with internal teams (pharmacy, the outpatient nurse manager) and external agencies (e.g., police, EMS, shelters, hospitals, housing services, community organizations) to ensure coordinated care, reduce barriers to access, and strengthen community service pathways.
