As an Epic Training Manager, you will: Leads the organizational training-readiness program for Epic implementation, upgrades, optimization, go-live planning, stabilization, and ongoing education, ensuring internal scope, readiness milestones, and timelines are achieved when Epic provides core end-user training. Partners with operational leaders, clinical stakeholders, revenue cycle leaders, physician champions, subject matter experts, application teams, and technical teams to validate workflow alignment, learner populations, and organizational readiness.
