The ideal Senior Associate candidate has 2+ years of related experience in a high growth and fast paced setting and has extensive experience performing in-depth company valuations, building detailed operating and cash flow models, assessing industry and competitive landscapes, performing due diligence, and executing both M&A transactions and private / public financings. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Engineering or a related field, plus 3-5 years of post-bachelor's, work experience involving financial analysis; OR a Master's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Engineering or a related field, plus 3-5 years of related work experience involving financial analysis.
