The project builds on existing institutional assets: the Center for Academic Success and Achievement (CASA), the Center for Career and Professional Pathways, the Center for Teaching and Learning, the Student Operated Learning Venture and Experience (SOLVE) Center, Redhawk Redirect, Tutoring and Student Success, faculty-led high-impact learning, alumni and employer partnerships, and the Wright Library as an academic support hub and learning commons. This position reports to and supports the Dean of the Center for Academic Success and Achievement/Title III Program Director in the successful deployment of strategic initiatives, including the design, implementation, support, and continuous improvement of programs and services linked to student success and the development of career and professional pathways.
