  Job Title: 3D Printed Part Finisher - 3D Printing Job Id: 25-10417 Location: Research Triangle Park, NC Duration: 12 Months Contract Position Type: Hourly Contract Position (W2 only)<ul><li>Workdays/hours: Monday through Friday (8am to 5pm). </li><li>Pay rate: $ 21/hr </li><li>Onsite Daily - Locals Only </li></ul>Position Description <ul><li>Position Title: 3D Printed Part Finisher – 3D Printing (Contingent) </li></ul>General function: <ul><li>The 3D Printed Part Finisher is an essential part of Client's Digital Engineering (DE) 3D Printing & Prototyping team and will have the opportunity to contribute to the advancement of Client's next-generation medical products and enhance the current product portfolio. </li><li>Under the general direction of 3D Printing & Prototyping management, the Engineering Technician will provide quality "finished” 3D printed parts and/or components/fixtures to business customers in a safe and timely manner. We are excited to add a highly motivated individual that can adapt quickly and work within a dynamic environment. </li></ul>Responsibilities: <ul><li>Clean 3D Printed parts according to defined standard operating procedures. </li><li>Hand finish 3D printed parts using defined techniques while maintaining feature geometry and checking tolerances on key dimensions. </li><li>Use precision measurement devices (i.e. – digital calipers, GOM) to ensure dimensional accuracy. </li></ul>Qualifications: <ul><li>High school diploma is required. </li><li>1+ year experience with 3D printed part post processing or machining activities. </li><li>Experience with 3D printing is a strong plus; examples: Stereolithography (SLA), Carbon (DLS), Digital Light Processing (DLP), PolyJet 3D Printing, and Fused Filament Fabrication (FFF). </li><li>Proven computer experience, including the ability to use CAD software desired. </li><li>Organized and time-oriented individual with the ability and drive to contribute towards the quick turn-around time on finished parts while ensuring fine detail and accuracy. </li><li>Open to exploring new techniques related to 3D Printing & Prototyping or DE-related areas. </li><li>Proven ability to work successfully in both team and individual situations. </li><li>Clear verbal and written communication skills. </li><li>Ability to lift at least 40 lbs. a must. </li></ul>Qualified candidates please send your word format updated resume at the earliest to Pavan: Pavan.p@sunrisesys.com [732-395-4444] OR Sangeeth: Sangeeth.k@sunrisesys.com [732-395-4555]

To plan, organize, supervise and perform per the Carpenter – Concrete job description below. Regularly supervise a crew of 5-10 carpenters, finishers and helpers in industrial environments.Supervision Tasks:  <ul><li>Reviews project plans and blueprints and plans jobs with individuals requesting work.</li><li>Performs layout for buildings, formwork, anchor bolts, etc.</li><li>Estimates time, material, equipment and supplies needed.</li><li>Develops work schedules and crew assignments.</li><li>Inspects work areas to ensure job is being completed as agreed.</li><li>Evaluates staff performance.</li><li>Completes time sheets, accident reports, work orders and other company and client paperwork as required.</li><li>Trains staff in related work assignments.</li><li>Maintains records of operation.</li><li>Monitors inventories and requests supplies and equipment.</li><li>Ensures work areas are properly maintained.</li></ul>Tasks: <ul><li>Accurately interpret and apply information from drawings, specifications, or other documents and recognize basic blueprint terms and symbols for job application.</li><li>Identify, recognize and demonstrate safe usage of power tools and hand tools appropriate for the job.</li><li>Recognize various materials used in carpentry and demonstrate a working knowledge of appropriate material handling techniques.</li><li>Select and safely use appropriate equipment which may include (but not limited to) manlifts, forklifts, and company trucks.</li><li>Demonstrate ability to properly build and brace concrete forms using various systems.</li><li>Demonstrates ability to cut, bend, install and tie rebar.</li><li>Demonstrate ability to install anchor bolts.</li><li>Demonstrate knowledge and skills in pouring and finishing concrete.</li><li>Demonstrate knowledge and skills in the handling and application of Epoxy grouts.</li><li>Measure materials or distances, using square, measuring tape, or rule to lay out work.</li><li>Cut or saw boards, timbers, or plywood to required size, using handsaw, power saw, or woodworking machine.</li><li>Assemble and fasten material together to construct wood or metal framework of structure, using bolts, nails, or screws.</li><li>Anchor and brace forms and other structures in place, using nails, bolts, anchor rods, steel cables, planks, wedges, and timbers.</li><li>Mark cutting lines on materials, using pencil and scriber.</li><li>Bore bolt holes in timber, masonry or concrete walls, using power drill.</li></ul>Required Skills: <ul><li>Positions required to work in: climbing, bending, standing, sitting, walking, lifting, kneeling, pushing, pulling, crawling.</li><li>Good hand/eye balance is required in order to use the tools necessary to complete the required work.</li><li>Must have vision which has good depth perception in order to judge distances and space relationships. This item is especially important when doing near-point work which may be varying distances from the eye.</li><li>Must be able to work in all kinds of weather.</li><li>At times, will be required to work below ground to install materials. NOTE: Must be familiar with the requirements set by OSHA, the customer and the company with regards to working below ground.</li><li>Minimum math ability for this position is to calculate surface areas and translate these figures into a bill of material, which can be used to complete a specific job. Must be able to use variables and formulas which are normally found in most industry approved trade handbooks.</li><li>Must have the ability speak using correct English and to write simple reports with the correct format using the correct English spelling and grammar.
