The Engineer Painter must have a minimum of 5 years Journeyman experience and be proficient in one or more of the following areas: proper surface preparation and application of all types of paints utilizing brushes, rollers, and spray methods, for interior and exterior applications; drywall taping, sanding and finishing for textured and smooth finishes; all types of wall covering layout, installation and repairs; special finish applications including faux, graining, wood finishing and staining. Must be able to obtain and maintain any licensing or active work cards required, at present or in the future, for this position at all times.
