Our company handles the entire flow of providing these products and services beginning with Sales, Provisioning, Design and Engineering, Contracting and Construction, Servicing and Maintenance. JOB SUMMARY: We are looking for a hardworking and skilled Concrete Professional to join our construction team. You should be able to pour, spread, and smooth concrete mixtures to match the given specifications. Besides, you should also be able to plan and build forms. You should be able to give the concrete structures a finishing touch by using various sealants and waterproofing solutions. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: <ul><li>Mixing, pouring, spreading, and smoothing concrete</li><li>Designing and setting up forms</li><li>Molding expansion joints and edges as per the instructions</li><li>Adding stones, colors, and other decorative items to give it a finishing touch</li><li>Using waterproofing solutions and various sealants to protect the concrete</li><li>Estimating the number of materials required and the project completion timeline</li><li>Reviewing and conducting repairs/restoration of concrete structures</li><li>Clearing the worksite of any stones, debris, and equipment before and after work</li><li>Adhering to the health and safety protocols at all times</li><li>Placing order and arranging for the transportation of materials required for the work</li><li>Other duties as assigne, willing to pitch in on other trades on job site</li></ul>Qualifications/Skills: <ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent</li><li>Proven work experience in the construction industry as a concrete laborer, concrete finisher, or a similar role</li><li>Knowledge of the safety and health protocols governing the industry</li><li>Familiarity with hand and power tools like shovels, rakes, mixer, forklifts, and power washer</li><li>Skilled and having excellent physical dexterity</li><li>Ability to read and interpret technical drawings</li><li>Having a keen eye for detail</li><li>Ability to work for long, flexible hours and on weekends</li><li>Willingness to travel to different locations and work in extreme weather conditions</li><li>A team player</li><li>Good communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Reliable Transportation within 70 miles of area</li></ul>Zero Impact Builders is an equal opportunity employer. HOUR

Parts Finisher Schedule: Mon- Fri 8AM to 4:30PM Pay Rate: $21.00/hour 

Position Summary

 The Parts Finisher is responsible for supporting production and finishing operations by sorting builds, inspecting parts, entering data, and ensuring products meet quality standards before moving to shipping. This role requires strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. 

Responsibilities

<ul><li>Sort builds and jobs while maintaining accurate part counts
	</li><li>Perform part insert operations
	</li><li>Enter production and quality data into the QA database
	</li><li>Work closely with Supervisors and Program Expeditors to ensure workflow efficiency
	</li><li>Follow detailed work instructions and job sheets
	</li><li>Visually inspect parts for defects and quality issues
	</li><li>Reject non-conforming parts and document discrepancies as required
	</li><li>Ensure all jobs are completed and delivered to QC and Shipping on time
	</li><li>Maintain a safe and organized work environment
	</li><li>Promote a positive and team-oriented workplace culture
	</li><li>Perform miscellaneous duties and tasks as assigned
</li></ul>

Qualifications

<ul><li>Previous production or manufacturing experience preferred
	</li><li>Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
	</li><li>Strong attention to detail and accuracy
	</li><li>Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
	</li><li>Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
	</li><li>Effective verbal and written communication skills
	</li><li>Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
	</li><li>Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
	</li><li>Ability to read, understand, and follow detailed job instructions
	</li><li>Comfortable learning new processes and procedures
	</li><li>Ability to clearly and accurately enter data into computer systems

Position Type / Expected Hours

 This is a full-time onsite position working Friday through Monday from 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM. Additional hours may be required based on production needs.
