The Licensed Clinical Therapist will conduct clinical assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, provide individual and group counseling, support crisis intervention, and coordinate care for patients with substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health conditions. Support appropriate transitions to residential treatment, partial hospitalization, intensive outpatient treatment, outpatient counseling, recovery housing, or other continuing-care services.
