Ability to meet the physical demands of the job, including but not limited to: standing or walking for long periods of time, occasionally on uneven terrain, bending, kneeling, crouching, climbing stairs, and/or lifting heavy loads of up to 50 pounds. Analyze and assist general superintendent in determining construction equipment requirements, provide necessary equipment as required to utilize manpower efficiently, and release equipment when not required.
