Develop bids, proposals, scopes of work, estimates, schedules, material lists, specifications, calculations, design concepts, design drawings, correspondence, scope changes submittals, and other project documentation per customer and company guidelines. Working knowledge and understanding of civil design including topographic surveys, erosion and sediment control measures, storm water management, staking, site layout, and underground utility plans.
