Responsibilities: • Supervise daily field operations for petroleum construction projects, including fuel tanks, piping, dispensers, canopies, concrete, and site work • Lead and manage crews, subcontractors, and vendors on-site • Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, DEP, fire marshal, and environmental regulations • Read and interpret construction drawings, plans, and specifications • Coordinate inspections, testing, and commissioning of fuel systems • Enforce safety protocols, conduct job hazard analyses, and lead safety meetings • Monitor project schedules, productivity, and material deliveries • Maintain accurate daily reports, time tracking, and job documentation • Identify and resolve field issues quickly and effectively • Communicate clearly with supers, project managers, and clients when needed • Maintain jobsite cleanliness, organization, and professionalism Qualifications: Required Qualifications • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in petroleum or fuel system construction • Proven experience leading crews and managing active jobsites • Strong knowledge of underground and above-ground fuel systems • Ability to read blueprints and construction documents • Working knowledge of OSHA and environmental compliance requirements • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Preferred Qualifications • Experience with UST/AST installations, piping, dispensers, and tank removals • Florida petroleum or environmental construction experience • OSHA 30 certification • Confined space and hazmat training • Mechanical, electrical, or concrete experience related to fuel systems Physical Requirements • You may need to work out of town, as each project may dictate • Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and climb throughout the workday Compensation: $30 - $40 hourly. • Supervise daily field operations for petroleum construction projects, including fuel tanks, piping, dispensers, canopies, concrete, and site work • Lead and manage crews, subcontractors, and vendors on-site • Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, DEP, fire marshal, and environmental regulations • Read and interpret construction drawings, plans, and specifications • Coordinate inspections, testing, and commissioning of fuel systems • Enforce safety protocols, conduct job hazard analyses, and lead safety meetings • Monitor project schedules, productivity, and material deliveries • Maintain accurate daily reports, time tracking, and job documentation • Identify and resolve field issues quickly and effectively • Communicate clearly with supers, project managers, and clients when needed • Maintain jobsite cleanliness, organization, and professionalism .
