In conjunction with a Sales Project Manager you will plan, organize and execute projects through activities such as; on-site field surveys, generating hydraulic calculations, submitting drawings to obtain the required building permits, 3D BIM coordination using NavisWorks, preparing stock lists, ensuring the projects adhere to the proposed timeline, and preparing project close-out, operation and maintenance documents. Order and manage all tool and rental equipment needs required to complete service projects and inspections. Review unbilled work orders weekly with Project Managers and Account Managers.

p>• Design assigned Alarm Division projects sold by sales team • Ensure systems are designed with consideration to labor and material efficiencies • Drawings are complete and include all necessary information for AHJ and Field Technician • Completes Equipment Submittals O&M Manuals and AHJ submittals for assigned projects • Systems are designed to meet all required regulations and codes • Executes all necessary project documentation.

This position designs fire alarm access control CCTV and security systems for projects acquired in our alarm division.

How you will contribute: The Fire Equipment Shop Technician is responsible for inspecting, testing, repairing, and recharging portable extinguishers and pre-engineered fire equipment systems, delivering inventory orders, cleaning and organizing the shop, and other duties as assigned. Accuracy of proposal:

li>Monitor entire property via CCTV system, fire, and burglar alarm systems to respond to incidents as needed across multiple fulfillment centers and delivery operations buildings.

Oversee the accurate documentation, tracking, and verification of incoming and outgoing shipments at truck gates as well as perform validations of trailer yard audits including weekend assignments for End of Month Reporting. The DCAP Manager leverages data to identify root causes of Supply Chain shrink and leads initiatives to investigate shortages and implement actions to mitigate theft and fraud.
