Preferred Qualifications • 2-5 years' experience in the fitness field working with seniors • Bachelor's degree in Exercise Physiology or related field • ACSM Fitness certification preferred • Must have compassion for and a desire to work with a senior population • Excellent organization and interpersonal skills • Must have ability to innovate, think strategically and conceptually, manage multiple projects simultaneously and handle difficult situations • Must be a professional, proactive, collaborative, conscientious, and results-oriented individual • Must have an optimistic and positive demeanor, excellent oral and written communication skills, good intuition and sound judgment • Must be motivated to learn and flexible to change • Computer literacy; experience with Windows, Word, Power Point, and Excel • Certification in Dementia Care preferred.
