Our Personal Trainers create a welcoming environment in our 1:1 training suites, where clients are empowered to take back their health so they can have the energy to do what they love.</p><p> </p><p><strong>Fitness Together Managers Also Enjoy These Perks</strong></p><ul><li>Base salary plus bonuses and incentives based on key performance indicators</li><li>Paid continuing education</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Studio Manager is an employee, not an independent contractor</li><li>Medical, dental</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>We are looking for a Fitness Manager who has:</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelors or Masters in Exercise Science/Physiology preferred</li><li>National Certification required (NASM or ACSM)</li><li>2-4 years of personal training and program design experience </li><li>CPR/AED & First Aid Certified</li><li>Prior business management and supervisory experience, preferably in a fitness facility or similar environment</li><li>Prior P&L accountability preferred</li><li>Excellent planning and time management skills </li><li>Solid written and strong verbal communication skills including delivery of group presentations </li><li>Ability to motivate, direct, lead a group, and delegate tasks </li><li>Intermediate computer literacy - MS Office, email, and internet </li><li>Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions (written and verbal) </li><li>Ability to remain flexible in a constantly changing environment </li></ul><h4>Legal Disclaimer</h4>This is not an offer of employment.
