The CMR will serve as the primary on-site construction management resource responsible for observing and documenting construction activities, reviewing contractor documentation, monitoring schedule and quality, supporting RFI and submittal processes, and providing the Government with accurate and timely project information throughout construction. The project involves the rehabilitation of existing structures, including demolition and hazardous-material abatement, roofing and existing/historic building repairs, mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and plumbing upgrades, fire detection and suppression, security systems, accessibility improvements, and associated interior and site improvements.
