Facilitate the integration of FLIGHT DECK into long-range technology and capability roadmapsAct as a leader, facilitator, educator, advocate, and accountability partner to the Engineering leadership team, driving understanding and adoption of FLIGHT DECK and lean methodologies in engineering and design decisionsPartner closely with Product Lines, Programs, Manufacturing, Sourcing, Supply Chain, Services, Digital, and Quality to prioritize and improve critical cross-functional engineering-to-production processes.
