Qualifications:
<ul><li>Individual should possess excellent communication skills.</li><li>Individual should possess strong computer skills</li><li>Must have a valid driver's license</li><li>Must pass a Motor Vehicle Record check</li></ul>

Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Shipment scaling and releasing via computer entry.</li><li>Register all visitors properly and ensure they are sent to proper departments.</li><li>Patrol grounds on foot as well as in a company vehicle as needed.</li><li>Contact police or fire departments in event of emergency, such as fire or presence of unauthorized persons</li><li>Provide coverage for other gate attendants as needed.</li><li>Complete daily report.</li><li>Communicate with your relief to ensure smooth shift transition.</li></ul><p style="margin:0px"> </p><p style="margin:0px">Up- North Plastics offers competitive wages plus a comprehensive benefits package including medical/dental, paid vacations/holidays, ESST, 401K and more.</p>

Overview:
<p style="margin:0px">Crew Coordinators are responsible for coordinating our Pilots and Flight Attendants schedules ensuring the integrity of our daily flight schedule, in accordance with company and FAA government regulations. Provide excellent customer service; Accomplished by acting as a liaison for our crewmembers to other departments through various means.</p>

Responsibilities:
<ul style="margin-top:0in"><li style="color:black">Ensure efficient utilization of pilots and flight attendants as well as day-to-day tracking of their attendance.</li><li>Be a resource for crewmembers. </li><li>Communicate schedule changes to crewmembers in a timely manner.</li><li>Ensure all crewmember assignments are in accordance with FAA mandated regulations and company policies.</li><li>Maintain the integrity of the flight schedule by ensuring all segments have been assigned to a legal crew.</li><li>Resolve flight crew legality problems and rest requirements based on appropriate regulatory and contractual requirements.</li><li>Maintain changes to flight crew schedules initiated by dispatch.</li><li>Process trip swaps, trip drops, absence calls, and other daily schedule modifications.</li><li>Ensure crewmember hotels are reserved and deadhead/ground transportation passes are provided when required.</li><li>Coordinate cancels and reposition flights with dispatch.</li><li>Ensure compliance with FARs, contract requirements, and departmental guidelines.</li><li>Assist fellow coordinators and advanced planning specialists when needed.</li><li>Work closely with dispatchers to resolve problems and coordinate the efficient daily operation of the airline.</li><li>Report on daily scheduling and department status.</li></ul>

Qualifications:
<ul style="margin-top:0in"><li style="color:black">High School Diploma, or equivalent.</li><li style="color:black">Associate’s degree or higher preferred.</li><li style="color:black">1 year of customer service experience preferred.</li><li style="color:black">1 year of experience working in a crew scheduling/crew services environment preferred.</li><li style="color:black">Airline industry or operational experience preferred.</li><li style="color:black">Reliable and self-motivated with a positive attitude.</li><li style="color:black">Able to multitask efficiently and effectively to meet deadlines.</li><li style="color:black">Strong Interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.</li><li style="color:black">PC proficient in Microsoft Office products and general internet applications.</li><li style="color:black">Experience with CrewTrac preferred.</li><li style="color:black">Ability to work any shift including evenings, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.</li><li style="color:black">Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.</li></ul>

Work Environment & Physical Demands:
<ul style="margin-top:0in"><li>Computer work in a typical office environment, sitting for most of the day.</li><li>Work four (4) 10-hour days, 3 days off.</li><li>Typical work hours: 415am-215pm, 200pm – midnight, 900am-700pm, or 700pm – 500am; must be willing to work all shifts. </li></ul>
