Occasional early-morning, evening, weekend, or holiday work may be required during severe weather, equipment failures, urgent repairs, major deliveries, or other critical operational needs. The role combines commercial cleaning and sanitation with routine facility maintenance, minor repairs, groundskeeping, shipping and receiving support, vendor coordination, and emergency response.
