Reporting to the Project Manager or Assistant Project Manager, the Supervisor is responsible for supervising work-related opportunities for people who have different abilities to work with integrated teams and receive work support and development as needed—achieving the highest level of independence possible. Experience: A minimum of 2 years of floor care experience including stripping, buffing, scrubbing, waxing floors, and operating equipment including propane and electric buffers, scrubbers, and chemicals.
