Work in tandem with the client for any special events outside of regularly scheduled game services, i.e., anniversaries, family days, practice days, and press conferences. Menu planning, exploring the local food scene, building the team, corporate initiatives including occasional travel, regular time improving the kitchen, and a handful of club events.
