Food manufacturing or sanitation experience preferred (training available) + Knowledge of GMPs and HACCP a plus + Able to work independently and with a team + Strong attention to detail and reliability + Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn + Good communication, organization, and basic math skills + Willing to work overnight, flexible shifts and overtime + Safety-focused and able to follow all Quality and Safety policies + Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, bending, and climbing + Ability to work safely in wet, dry, and hot production environments and operate pallet jacks/forklifts What We Offer The pay rate for this position is $27.29 per hour. You'll work closely with production, quality, and maintenance teams to ensure equipment, plant areas, and processes meet GMP, SSOP, SQF, and HACCP requirements-helping keep the facility clean, safe, and running smoothly.
