p>THE IDEAL CANDIDATE: High School Diploma, GED or equivalent 1+ Years of prior relevant experience in a high-volume F&B Venue Excellent knowledge of basic kitchen equipment, Manual & Electric Pallet Jacks/Riders, Motorized Carts, & Delivery Box Trucks Able to read, translate and execute BEO's including BEO-related F&B requests, interpersonal service skills, organization skills to plan time effectively, work without direct supervision is required Handle a fast-paced, busy, and somewhat stressful environment, and work under pressure and meet deadlines Able to operate a computer and utilize programs such as: Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Amadeus, and AS400 Perform complex mathematical functions including multiplication/division, defining percentages, unit conversion, defining dollar amounts Must possess the ability to access all areas of the property & F&B Venue(s), withstand prolonged standing, stretching, bending, kneeling, lifting, and carrying items weighing up to 50 lbs.
