Provide general stocking duties in service area• Serve and replenish food from counters and steam tables and break down stations at the end of meal periods• Interacts with customers in the serving and cafeteria areas• Understand and comply with all USDA, OSPI, and local Health Department policies and procedures• Understand and comply with all Sodexo HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) food safety procedures and Centralia School District food safety policies and procedures• Comply with all District policies and procedures (including, but not limited to, safety and risk management)• Report all accidents and injuries in a timely manner• Participate in regular safety meetings, safety trainings, and hazard assessments• Receive and notate delivered product on delivery log• May function as a cashier during serving times for the purpose of maintaining overall food service efficiency and meeting accounting requirements• Report equipment malfunctions for the purpose of maintaining equipment in good working order• Attend various meetings and/or training sessions for the purpose of sharing information and improving job-related skills/knowledge• Work collaboratively with colleagues to complete daily tasks• Perform other duties as assignedSalary: $22.10-$27.18 per hour, depending on experienceWork schedule: 3.0 hours per day (10:00 a.m. Ability to support the District's vision, mission, and goals• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with staff• Demonstrated ability to interact with students in a positive manner• Demonstrated ability to act independently, responsibly, and efficientlyEssential Functions:• Read recipes and/or product directions• Estimate food requirements• Operate a variety of kitchen utensils to weigh, measure, mix, wash, peel, cut, grind, stir, strain, season, and knead food for cooking, serving, and storing.•
