This role leads to the development of architectural solutions from early concepts through construction, collaborating closely with operations, preconstruction, structural, and other engineering disciplines to ensure designs are practical, cost-effective, and aligned with project schedules. Serving as the central point of coordination between the Owner, design consultants, Carroll Daniel teams, and subcontractors, the Lead Architect drives project success by maintaining focus on client satisfaction, team effectiveness, risk mitigation, financial performance, quality, and schedule.
