Position Title: Food Safety/ QA Superintendent II

Salary Class: Exempt
Purpose & Scope: Reports directly to the Technical Services Director and has primary responsibility for the direction of the workforce to achieve all safety, animal welfare, food safety, export, and quality goals as set forth by facility management.
Principle Responsibilities: List and describe (in order of importance) the specific tasks, assignments, level of discretionary authority and/or functions performed.
- Organizes and coordinates the activities of the Food Safety and Quality Assurance team to meet and exceed quality, export, animal welfare, and food safety goals by levering engineering and food/meat science skillsets.
