Experience: • Minimum 3 years maintenance experience in pharmaceutical/medical device GMP environment • Preferred Fields of Study: Technical • Facilities/Maintenance certification or trade certification preferred • State licenses in relevant trades preferred • Comprehensive knowledge of building systems: HVAC, WFI, Clean Steam, Compressed Gas, Environmental Chambers • Strong electrical/electronic troubleshooting skills including PLC systems and controls • Experience with Building Management Systems (BMS) and computerized maintenance management systems • Demonstrated proficiency in mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems • Proficiency in preventive/corrective maintenance procedures and documentation • Knowledge of cGMP requirements and FDA regulations • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, P&IDs, and equipment specifications • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills • Experience with hazardous materials handling and safety procedures • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities • Proficiency with Windows-based computer systems • Physical ability to lift up to 50-70 lbs • Flexibility to work rotating shifts, weekends, and participate in on-call rotation • Self-motivated with ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with teams • Strong commitment to safety protocols and procedures • Experience mentoring and training others preferred.
