As the floor transitions to second shift, you’ll join a brief handoff with the outgoing team, align priorities, and get to work: Walk the production lines, listening for bearing noise on conveyors, checking punch presses, chillers, and boilers, and confirming sensors and motors are running to spec. Troubleshoot HVAC, refrigeration, and industrial cooling/heating issues; perform freezer inspections, identify alarms, and make on-the-spot repairs to keep inventory protected.
