Cleans loading dock areas, garbage cans, storage areas, food preparation areas and general kitchen area including floors, ceilings and walls using mops, scrub brushes and other equipment as necessary. In the area of food preparation, they clean areas for the receipt, storage and preparation of food, wash pots and pans, sterilize food sample jars, put food deliveries into storage areas and carry food to preparation areas as required.
