Oversee maintenance and operation of high-rise hotel including but not limited to: HVAC systems, electrical systems, plumbing systems, boilers, chillers, fire alarm systems, fire suppression systems, kitchen equipment, pool systems, etc. In this role, you will provide strategic and hands-on leadership for all engineering, maintenance, life safety, and facilities operations while protecting the hotel's physical assets, ensuring regulatory compliance, and delivering an exceptional guest experience.
