• SERV safe Manager certification • Work requires an Associate or Technical School degree or equivalent with 1-2 years applicable work experience in Kitchen/Food Service management.
SCOPE AND PURPOSE OF POSITION:
Responsible for all aspects of the Food Services; for inventory, ordering, menu planning, food preparation for main meals, equipment, health & safety compliance and reporting.
