Job Summary: The Special Teams Coordinator/Tight End's Coach will lead the areas as assigned, manage and direct all phases of the day-to-day positional operation of the University's football program, as assigned by the Head Football Coach, including but not limited to: assisting with effective coaching, skill training, and student-athlete development; successful recruitment, retention, and graduation of high-performing student-athletes. Preferred Skills, Experience, and Education: Keen ability to coordinate and maintain regular communication with the head football coach and/or designee, assistant football coaches, other athletics staff, including the Director of Athletics or designee, Compliance, Sports Medicine, Business Office, Student Athlete Services, Marketing and Media Relations, and Equipment.
