Maintain company provided vehicle and tools in proper working condition JOB REQUIREMENTS:Must be able to work outdoors year-round in various weather conditions typical to Arizona (heat, cold, dust, wind).Demonstrated ability to lead, train, and mentor crews of 10-50+ electricians' journeyman and apprentices. Required to wear PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) as dictated by site safety requirements (hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, boots, high-visibility clothing, etc.).Responsible for maintaining a safe work environment for all crew members and ensuring compliance with Lockout/Tagout, fall protection, and confined space procedures.
