Physical Demands: Field/Jobsite Environment - Standing, sitting, climbing, crawling, standing, crouching, bending, pushing/pulling, walking on uneven surfaces, and exposure to loud noises are to be expected. Works with human resources personnel and other members of management, as needed, to resolve onsite complaints and grievances within workforce.
