As Electrical Foreman, your primary daily responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to:

• Leads crew in safe work habits to comply with all company policies and procedures; counsels to correct non-compliance if necessary with assistance from Electrical Superintendent.

In this leadership role, you will guide your crew by providing coaching and training, helping team members grow and develop their skillsets to achieve long-term success.

This position will also be responsible for reading blueprints and survey stakes to obtain direction and elevations of finished surface requirements; safely operate equipment and be aware of surrounding personnel and structures; make sound judgements regarding weather and existing conditions. The Foreman will be responsible for enabling the completion of jobs in a timely manner by scheduling and overseeing the work crew, ensuring equipment and materials are enough, repairing and maintaining equipment, training crews and assisting with special projects as assigned.
