Responsibilities:
<h2 style="margin:10pt 0in 0in;line-height:115%;font-size:13pt;font-family:'calibri' , sans-serif;color:#4f81bd">What You’ll Do as a Team Leader</h2><p style="margin:0px">As a <strong>Team Leader</strong> at Lewis Services, you’ll:</p><ul style="list-style-type:disc"><li>Oversee daily production requirements of assigned crews</li><li>Support Crew Leaders in training, coaching, and performance management</li><li>Ensure adherence to Lewis and customer policies</li><li>Handle customer and property owner complaints professionally</li><li>Inspect completed work for quality and compliance</li><li>Assist in hiring, disciplinary actions, and employee relations</li><li>Interpret tree trimming, removal, and spraying orders</li><li>Plan and lay out daily crew work</li><li>Enforce safe practices and recognize jobsite hazards</li><li>Obtain permissions from property owners and communicate work plans</li><li>Maintain records and reports related to crew operations</li><li>Support equipment maintenance and tool delivery</li><li>Assist in bidding work and managing crew costs</li><li>Maintain communication with customers, property owners, and utility reps</li><li>Uphold Lewis Tree Service’s mission and values</li><li>Perform other duties as assigned</li></ul>

Qualifications:
<p style="margin:0px"><strong>What You Bring:</strong></p><ul style="list-style-type:disc"><li>Minimum 2 years as a Crew Leader</li><li>Strong verbal and written communication skills</li><li>Professional demeanor and appearance</li><li>Willingness to travel frequently, including overnight stays</li><li>Computer literacy (Microsoft Office)</li><li>Herbicide Applicator Certification, ISA Certification (or ability to obtain)</li><li>Knowledge of tree species, pruning techniques, and ANSI standards</li><li>Completion of Crew Leader Technical Knowledge Certification</li><li>Understanding of electrical circuits and circuit maps</li><li>Valid driver’s license, CDL, and medical certification</li><li>CPR and First Aid certification (provided by Lewis)</li><li>Compliance with all applicable laws and company policies</li></ul><h2 style="margin:10pt 0in 0in;line-height:115%;font-size:13pt;font-family:'calibri' , sans-serif;color:#4f81bd">Physical Demands</h2><p style="margin:0px">Ability to:</p><ul style="list-style-type:disc"><li>Lift/carry and push/pull (Rarely)</li><li>Sit and drive (Frequently)</li><li>Stand and walk (Occasionally)</li><li>Climb, stoop, kneel, reach, grasp, perform repetitive movements (Rarely)</li><li>Tree ascend/descend (Never)</li></ul><p style="margin:0px">Comments: Physical demands may vary between administrative duties and field support.</p><h2 style="margin:10pt 0in 0in;line-height:115%;font-size:13pt;font-family:'calibri' , sans-serif;color:#4f81bd">Environmental Conditions:</h2><p style="margin:0px"><strong>Frequently</strong> – Outdoor work<br/><strong>Occasionally</strong> – Noise levels, temperature extremes<br/><strong>Rarely</strong> – Hazardous materials, air quality issues<br/><strong>Never</strong> – Confined spaces</p><p style="margin:0px"><strong>Comments:</strong> Conditions vary by region. PPE required per OSHA and ANSI standards.</p><h3>Tools & Equipment </h3><p style="margin:0px">While Team Leaders do not operate tools, they may assist with tool support.
