Purpose and Scope:The Tower Foreman is responsible for a tower crew in the direction of their work, relating to the installation, maintenance and repair of telecommunication systems at tower sites. This policy applies to all terms and conditions of employment, including, but not limited to, hiring, placement, promotion, termination, layoff, recall, transfer, leaves of absence, compensation, and training.
