Five or more years of work experience as a Mechanical Foreman, with mechanical project sizes of at least $400,000 (commercial/industrial)Five or more years (or equivalent) of field or trade work experience with the installation of mechanical systems (Piping, Plumbing, and/or HVAC duct work & components).Experience in a combination of soldering and brazing of copper, welding of various ferrous and non-ferrous metals ranging in pipe sizes from ½" and larger piping. Additionally, all candidates must successfully pass a drug screening and commercial criminal background check, including a stricter Department of Defense background check, for access to job site at military base (if applicable for position being hired for).
