In this role, you will lead, train, coach, and supervise broadband construction and/or maintenance crews; ensure strict compliance with safety policies, procedures, and industry regulations; coordinate daily work assignments and prioritize projects; participate in fiber installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and restoration activities; communicate with customers, property owners, and internal teams professionally; respond to outages and participate in on-call rotation as needed.
