This role is both hands-on and supervisory, with responsibility for planning work, managing manpower and materials, maintaining production flow, and ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project drawings, specifications, schedules, and applicable codes. Well-ordered approach to record keeping: Track daily progress, production quantities, and issues, and report status using basic computer systems (tablets, laptops, or field software).
