Location: WFH with the ability to travel to the DC area for occasional meetingsKey Responsibilities:Develop and manage the overarching UAT strategy, UAT plans, test scenarios, test scripts, test schedules, and defect tracking processesCoordinate with Product Managers, Business Analysts, UCD/UX staff, developers, and end users to validate business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteriaLead and facilitate UAT execution, including tester coordination, issue triage, defect documentation, retesting, and release-readiness supportProvide hands-on UAT support, including test case development, test execution, results documentation, and defect follow-upValidate usability, business workflows, and end-to-end operational scenarios from the perspective of users and business stakeholdersAlign testing activities to Agile and iterative delivery cycles, including sprint and PI cadence and evolving product backlogsSupport requirements traceability, test management, and stakeholder-facing test reportingRequired Skills:Experience:7+ years of experience supporting user acceptance testing, business validation, test planning, or quality assurance for enterprise applications, system modernization, or large-scale digital transformation initiatives5+ years of Federal experience Education:Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, Quality Assurance, Engineering, Public Administration, or a related field Clearance:Ability to meet minimum Public Trust, Tier 2 requirements Skills:Demonstrated experience developing and managing UAT strategies and plansExperience leading or facilitating UAT execution and defect managementAbility to provide hands-on UAT testing supportDesired Skills:Familiarity with requirements traceability, test management tools, and stakeholder-facing test reportingExperience working in Agile / iterative delivery environmentsCompensation:At Graham Technologies, we believe in treating everyone with fairness and respect.
