As product knowledge, company systems, and experience increase, the employee will receive ongoing training and progressively assume inside sales responsibilities, including assisting customers at the sales counter, answering telephone inquiries, preparing quotations, processing customer orders, and supporting the Inside Sales team. This position is primarily responsible for safely operating forklifts, loading customer orders, organizing inventory, maintaining an efficient and professional sales yard, and providing exceptional customer service to contractors, builders, landscapers, and retail customers.
